We currently ship within Germany, the EU , Switzerland and the UK .
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed during the payment process.
If you would like delivery to another country, please write to us - we will check if that is possible!
Your order will usually be shipped within 1–5 business days after payment is received . As soon as we begin processing your order, you will receive a shipping notification via email – including a tracking link so you can track your shipment at any time.
We ship all orders with our shipping partner DHL .
Delivery within Germany typically takes 3-5 business days . Deliveries abroad may take longer.
If you have purchased a collection item for pre-order , you will find the expected delivery period both in your order confirmation and directly on the product page - in the size selection.
If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will only be shipped once all items are in stock . If you would like to receive the immediately available items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for them.
Deliveries to third countries (non-EU countries) may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees . These are levied by the customs office in your country and must be paid by you as the recipient.
Please check with your local customs authority in advance regarding possible costs and import regulations - unfortunately, we have no influence over this.
In most cases, you can change your delivery address as long as your order hasn't been shipped . After that, we unfortunately can no longer change the address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Please understand that a change is not possible under certain circumstances.

Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible in our system.
Size exchange:
If you would like an item in a different size or color, simply return it and reorder the desired version from our shop. You can find all the information about returns here .
If you don't like a piece from our collection or it doesn't fit, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. You don't need to register your return. Please read the return information carefully.
We accept returns of unworn and unwashed items. For a full refund, please ensure the original tags are attached.
Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs and these must be borne by you.

Pack the items securely and return the package, along with the return form, to the address below. You'll find the return form at the bottom of the delivery note.

We recommend sending your return via a tracked parcel service to ensure its safety. Please keep your receipt safe so we can trace your package in case of loss. We are not liable for lost returns. We cannot replace any goods lost during a return shipment.
Once we receive the package, we will refund the corresponding amount via your chosen payment method. Processing your return can take up to 14 days . Please note that the refund to your account may take a few days, depending on the payment method used.
If you are unsure whether we have received your return, please first check the tracking information of your chosen shipping provider.
If the tracking information shows successful delivery and you have not received a refund notification after 7 working days, please contact us by email at hello@abricot-coco.com.
Returns from Switzerland:
You have two options:
- We'll handle the customs clearance for you. The return shipping costs of €18.51 will be deducted from your refund. Please send us an email with the items you wish to return and your full return address.
- You fill out a customs declaration (CN22 or CN23) yourself and clearly mark the shipment as a "returned item" . Attach the invoice and the customs declaration to the outside of the package. Any customs duties or import taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will refund the corresponding amount via your chosen payment method. This usually takes 1-7 business days .
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been initiated by us.
Please note that we have no control over how long it takes the respective payment provider to credit the refund amount back to the account.
We are very sorry about that. Our products are designed with great attention to detail, fairly manufactured , and hand-packed for you . However, should you notice a flaw in any of our collection items, please send us an email to hello@abricot-coco.com .
Describe your issue as precisely as possible and send us informative photos of the defect – this is the only way we can process your request quickly and carefully.

You can also redeem your voucher in our store . Since the voucher is digital, we will send you the invoice by email and guide you through the payment process.

Order
Yes, you can also pick up your order in our store . Simply select the "Pick up in store" option at checkout.
As soon as your order is ready for collection, we will inform you by email. Payment can be made online in advance – or in cash or by card upon collection. This way you can try on the clothes before you pay for them.

Our collection pieces are only available in small quantities and sometimes sell out quickly. If an item is currently unavailable, it's worth checking our shop regularly – individual sizes or models occasionally become available again.
Alternatively, you can register for a notification on the respective product page by entering your email address. You will then automatically receive information as soon as the item is back in stock.
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods and return the collection items to us – without giving any reason. However, we always appreciate honest feedback!

Care instructions
We place great value on natural materials . These require special care to ensure your new garments last as long as possible:
Most of our garments can be washed at 30°C on a gentle cycle . If you have a laundry bag , we recommend washing them in it – this will help keep them looking beautiful for longer.
Since we work with natural fibers , the textiles should not dry out. Please avoid the dryer and ideally let the clothes air dry . Ironing or steaming is possible – but only gently and at a low temperature .
All our collection pieces come with care instructions. The size information is provided. You can find it on the back of the label , where the size of the respective garment is also indicated.
Special care instructions apply to special materials such as knitwear, wool, cashmere, or sheep's wool . You can find these in the following sections or directly on the product label.
Our cotton knitwear can be washed at 30°C on a gentle cycle . If you have a laundry bag , we recommend washing the items in it – this will help keep them looking beautiful for longer.
Since we work with natural fibers , the textiles should not dry out. Please avoid the dryer and ideally let the knitwear dry flat so that the garment retains its shape. Ironing or steaming is possible – but only gently and at a low temperature .
Light soiling can be gently removed by hand or with a soft wool brush . In some cases, a little lukewarm water can help to loosen residue – please be careful.
If a more thorough cleaning is needed, we recommend hand washing with special wool detergent to avoid damaging the fibers.
Important: Do not rub or wring , but gently squeeze out the excess water and allow to dry lying down.
Avoid frequent washing – for many wool items, simply airing them out is perfectly sufficient.
Our jackets, vests and bags are made from 100% sheared sheep's wool (organic sheep's wool), a pure natural product with a pleasant, natural sheep's wool smell.
Thanks to wool's self-cleaning properties, the material rarely needs cleaning. We recommend airing the garments thoroughly after wearing.
For light soiling, it is usually sufficient to carefully brush the affected areas with a soft bristle brush .
