Exchanges
If you would like an item in a different size or color, simply return it and reorder the desired variant in our shop.


Return Policy:
Please read the return information carefully.

If you don't like a collection item or it doesn't fit, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt.
We only accept unworn and unwashed returns. For a full refund, please ensure that the original tags are attached.

Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs, and these are to be borne by you. The sender bears the risk for transport.

We recommend a parcel shipment with tracking to make your return secure. Keep the receipt safe so we can track your package in case of loss. We are not liable for lost returns. We cannot replace goods lost during a return.

Return Process:
Pack the items securely and send the package back, along with the return form, to the address below.
You can find the return form at the bottom of the delivery note.
If possible, use the original packaging and seal it securely.

Once we have received the package, we will refund the corresponding amount via your chosen payment method. Processing your return can take up to 14 days.
Please note that the chargeback to your account may take a few days depending on the payment method used.



Information for orders paid in advance

If you have selected "Prepayment / Bank Transfer" as your payment method, you can clearly write your bank details on the return form. Please provide us with your IBAN, BIC, and the account holder(s) to whom we may issue the refund. This way, we can transfer the amount back to you faster.

We ask for your patience - this process may take some time. However, we do our best to ensure your refund reaches you as quickly as possible.

Returns from Switzerland:
You have two options:

  1. We handle customs clearance for you. Return shipping costs of €18.51 will be deducted from the refund amount. Please send us an email with the garments you wish to return and your complete return address.
  2. You fill out a customs declaration (CN22 or CN23) yourself and clearly mark the shipment as "goods return". Attach the invoice and customs declaration to the outside of the package. Any customs or import duties will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note: We do not have the staff capacity to pick up packages from customs. If shipments arrive there, they will unfortunately be returned to the sender.

Has my return arrived?

If you are unsure whether your return has reached us, please first check the tracking of the shipping service provider you selected.
If tracking shows successful delivery and you have not received a refund notification after 7 business days, please contact us by email at hello@abricot-coco.com.


Complaint

If your item is damaged or a warranty case applies, we will, of course, be happy to help you. Please send us an email with meaningful photos of the damage to: hello@abricot-coco.com

Note on the right of withdrawal

You can also informally notify your withdrawal by e-mail to hello@abricot-coco.com - but this is not strictly necessary if you simply make the return as described above. Here you can find the cancellation policy.
